Shipping charges quoted on our web site are for U.S. 48 States, UPS Ground and U.S. Mail.

Personal Check and Business Check. All payments must be made in US Funds. Note:
All Personal Checks and Money Orders will be held for
14 days until funds have cleared before shipment will be made. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card
payment is incorrect, we will contact you using the phone number provided on the order
form and notify you of the situation. If we are not able to contact you within 72 hours or
the phone number is invalid the order will be cancelled. We will make
all attempts to clarify any credit card difficulties prior to order
cancellation. However, this will delay shipment of the product(s).
International orders - please provide Bank phone number with method of
payment.
Although our goal is to ship your product within 48 hours, sometimes an item will be in short supply. Should this occur, we will notify you either by e-mail or phone that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with and estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.
Sometimes products are defective or just not quite what you wanted. That is why Automotive Accessories Connection Inc. offers you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Just call our Sales Department at (216) 441-9120 for a Return Authorization Number.
ALL returns must have a Merchandise Return Authorization number. Products must be returned to the Garfield Heights, OH warehouse. If a product is returned to any alternate warehouse, no credit will be issued for the return. It will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the product and return it to the appropriate warehouse.
We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation and must be in the original packaging. Special Order items are Non - Returnable. Electrical Items which have been installed are Non - Returnable. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Products which are not in like new condition and do not have a Return Authorization Number will be charged a 30% restocking/handling fee. This will be done at the discretion of our company. Credit will be issued for the products only. Shipping charges which you incurred will not be refunded. Should your order arrive damaged notify us immediately, we will be happy to assist you with a damage claim. Please be sure to keep all original packaging and packaging material for UPS Inspection should a claim need to be issued. For assistance contact our sales office . Should the need arise to issue a call tag for an item, UPS will attempt pickup three (3) times. Please make sure the product is ready for pickup when specified. In the event the pickup attempt failed, we will reissue the call tag for the product. Should the second pickup attempt fail, the product will then be charged to your credit card. Credit for the product will be issued once we receive the "return" product.
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Automotive Accessories Connection Inc. can assume no responsibility for the use, misuse or application by the user. Actual shipping costs apply past the 30 day policy. Warranty items will be charged to your credit card. Once the warranty item is returned to us, we will issue a credit for the part only. UPS will attempt delivery three (3) times and leave a yellow delivery notification note. If a package is refused by you, the customer, Automotive Accessories Connection is responsible for shipping costs to and from the shipping destination. We will charge your account for all costs incurred on refused shipments.
Before we ship, products are inspected for damage and repacked to make sure they arrive at your door safely. Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you by contacting our sales office immediately upon receipt of the damaged product. 1-216-441-9120. Please keep all original packaging.
