UnderCover Hard Truck Bed Tonneau Covers

The UnderCover Tonneau is made from a very selected composite of hard ABS plastics and polymers. Unlike other plastics aftermarket accessories, the UnderCover is constructed to prevent warping from direct sunlight. At only 58lbs, the UnderCover is also one of the strongest tonneau covers on the market. Also easy to remove when carrying large / tall loads. Secure and weather tight. Add a tailgate lock if one is not already installed for added security and a tailgate seal for the final touch.

UnderCover tonneaus are designed from trucks that do not have a truck bed liner. Trucks that do have bed liners will require some minor trimming of the bed liner to insure proper placement of the installation brackets. Due to the wide variety of bed liner manufacturers, the modifications will vary slightly between different brands. Any modifications must be made to the bed liner and not to the UnderCover installation hardware. Modifications to the installation hardware will result in improper installation and will void your warranty.

Be sure to use only cleaners, waxes, etc., which are labeled safe for use on plastics. Make sure dial chemicals or substances, which are not labeled safe for plastics, do not come in contact with your UnderCover top. Failure to do so could cause discoloration and or structural damage to your UnderCover and will void your warranty.

Paint rubbing of the truck is normally not a problem, but is always a possibility with any tonneau. To insure less chance of possible paint rubbing of the truck, it is suggested to install a tailgate protector and bed rail caps or similar product to the truck bed. These products can provide added assurance against paint rubbing.
